  • INDOOR CYCLING

    Physical and mental training which consists of a series of exercises which strengthen and tonifies the muscles with out enlarging volume of your body. An activity with numerous benefits both physical and emotional. Balance your body and mind, strenghten and improve your flexibility and posture.
