Every person is different and so is each personal training programme. We adapt the training program for your personal benefit. The personal trainer will assess your training as well as give you nutritional advice. A permament control of your weight and fat loss.

During the training session a wide range of alternative methods are used. (TRX, weights, fitness) to maximize the effects of each training session and to avoid sameness and routine which characterize the  majority of classical training. Each sesión is different if your goal requires it.
